Children aged seven to nine gave the traditional fairy tale of Snow White a twist when they staged a new version of the story.
All 65 pupils from Years 3 and 4 at St Margaret’s Preparatory School were involved in the production, which included a number of high-energy song and dance routines. Elowen as Snow White and Isobel as the Bad Queen gave accomplished performances.
Producer Heather Richards said: “I was very proud of them all. They worked extremely hard and the standard of performance was very high. The audience really enjoyed it. We made a few adaptations to the script to give it our own twist.”
As well as producing an amazing show, the retiring collection at the end of the performances raised more than £400 for the Hop, Skip & Jump charity in Swindon.
