A stolen motorbike has been recovered after three masked suspects were seen joyriding the vehicle in a Wiltshire town.

Three people in balaclavas were spotted riding the white and red bike around Corsham, without helmets, at around 4pm on Friday, August 18.

While local officers were dealing with a separate incident in Colerne at the time, they responded to the sightings on Saturday morning and recovered the stolen property from a garage on Manor Road after receiving intelligence from the community.

The bike sustained minimal damage during the joyride and has now been returned to its owner.

An investigation is now ongoing and members of the public with any information have been urged to come forward.
