CHILDREN at St Joseph's School, Malmesbury, got into the World Cup spirit on Friday in aid of Dorothy House.

Twelve teams of pupils took part in a World Cup Challenge, raising £69 for the charity in the process.

Team members paid £1 to dress in the colours of a competing country.

They then won points for activities such as penalties and netball shots.

The winning team, dressed in the yellow and blue of Sweden, won a trophy and certificates.

Headteacher Tony McAteer said: "All the children had a brilliant time."
