ROYAL Wootton Bassett's move across to rugby's Southern Counties South will see them travel for an opening day Wiltshire derby against Marlborough a the start of the 2015-16 season in September.

Alan Low's side have changed divisions from Southern Counties North, in which they battled for promotion this season, and will join fellow Wiltshire sides Marlborough, Devizes and Bradford on Avon in South next term.

The campaign starts on September 12 with a visit to Chris Budgen's Marlborough, who clinched the Dorset & Wilts One North title this season.

Bradford-on-Avon entertain promoted Dorset Dockers on the opening day while Devizes, who just avoided the drop, host Wimborne.

Swindon College Old Boys, second in the Berks, Bucks & Oxon Premier Division this season, have been promoted to Southern Counties North next season and open their campaign on the same day away at Beaconsfield, before hosting Bicester in their opening home match seven days later.

Meanwhile Chippenham, who won the South West One East title last term, mark their return to National Three South West with a long trip to Newton Abbot on September 5.

Danny Thomas's side entertain Cleve at Allington Field a week later.

In the division they left behind Swindon and Trowbridge both begin with home fixtures, against Windsor and Newbury Blues respectively on September 5, before facing each other at Swindon's Greenbridge Road on September 12.
