The 22-year-old, who began his career at Tottenham Hotspur, has joined for an undisclosed fee, thought to be in the region of £400,000.
Vigouroux, who nearly saw his time in Wiltshire cut short last term after paying a £50 club fine in one pence pieces, made 36 appearances for Town before injury ended his stay.
